In order to assess you thoroughly, please wear appropriate and loose fitting clothing. For instance if we are assessing your knee or hip, please bring shorts. We recommend that females where a ‘vest’ top if we are treating your shoulder or your neck. It may also be useful to bring your day to day footwear as well as your sporting footwear.

Other things that can be useful are list of any medications that you may be taking and any copies of results that you may have relating to the problem we are looking at.

Please note that currently we do not accept card payments. Payment can be made via cash, cheque or BACS. If you would like a receipt then please just ask your physiotherapist at then end of the session.
